Service Module- Time Clocking Service Clocking Checks

MentorDMS allows Service lines on a job to be assigned out individually to technicians, the assigned service lines can be selected and clocked onto through the time clocking module. The clocked hours can be imported into the service job during the costing and invoicing process.

What has Changed? 

When invoicing a service job the system will now check the time recorded in the electronic clocking system against the number of costed hours on the job. If there are more clocked hours than costed hours you will be presented with a summary of differences by technician, giving you a chance to re-cost the job card if required.
