Sales Module - Activitiy Calendar Preview Pane

Diary management is a key part of Mentor. Sales staff can become overloaded with activities or schedule too many activities on the same day. The activity calendar preview pane has been developed to allow users to see their forward calendar and to actively manage their diary.

How it Works 

When setting a follow up activity a new monthly preview calendar will display detailing the number of activities a user has set on each day of the current month selected. By selecting a specific follow up date the activities set on this date are displayed as a list so users can better manage their daily workload. Users will still receive a diary clash warning if they try to set two timed activities at the same date and time.
