• DVSA MOT History lookup: Quickly check a vehicle’s MOT history directly in the system for faster, more accurate insights.

• Marketing to Archived Customers: You can now market to archived customers through the campaign wizard, giving your marketing campaigns a wider reach.

 

Service Module Enhancements:

 

• Email Facility: No more jumping between systems, users can now send emails straight from the service module.

• Image and Document Upload: Attach images and documents directly to a service job for clearer, more detailed records.

• Re-issue Service Invoices: Re-issue service invoices without re-creating them with each revision being clearly tracked.

• Service Booking Diary Improvements: Everything in one place. In technician mode, job notes are now displayed right in the diary.

• Technician Efficiency Report: Choose whether to measure efficiency by sold hours or costed hours, depending on what works best for your workshop.

 

Sales and Order Form Enhancements:

 

• Planner Label Updates: Planner labels now update automatically when an order is approved, saving time and reducing errors.

• Sales Managers Planner: Add your own tick columns for easier tracking of sales activities.

 

Reporting and Administration Enhancements:

 

• Invoice Notifications: Get notified by email when a vehicle is invoiced complete with a copy of the invoice, keeping departments in sync automatically.
