New Order Copy Facility

With this feature, users can create a factory order within the system. Once a factory order is created for a particular customer, the copy facility allows the user to duplicate that same order multiple times for the same customer.

This is particularly beneficial when factory orders are required for multiple identical orders, saving the sales user from having to manually redo the same order repeatedly.

This feature is also available for fleet vehicle order forms, allowing 1 customer to purchase multiple vehicles without the sales user redoing the order form for every vehicle, for ACL compliant dealers the sales user will only be required to complete the ACL stage once within a 6 month period and be able to raise and complete multiple vehicle order forms.

By implementing these copy facilities in the system, the efficiency of creating and managing orders is significantly improved, benefiting both the sales team and customers.
